Investment Strategy

The Fund is an actively managed flexible portfolio aiming to achieve a high long term total return. It may comprise local and international equity and property securities, bonds, preference shares, money market instruments, debentures, non-equity securities and assets in liquid form. The manager may also include unlisted forward currency, interest rate, exchange rate swap transactions and participatory interests or any other form of participation in portfolios of collective investment schemes. Where the aforementioned schemes are operated outside South Africa, inclusion is subject to a regulatory environment that provides investor’s protection at least equal to that in South Africa. The manager reserves the right to close the portfolio to new investors, in order to manage the fund in accordance with its mandate
