Investment Strategy

The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to allocate the capital towards sustainable economic models with environmental and/or social benefits by investing in companies whose economic activity contributes positively to or does not significantly harm the achievement of one or more of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and/or reduces the risk of not achieving one or more of the UN SDGs.

Biography	Mr. Combet joined Natixis Asset Management in 1999 as a Quantitative Analyst. He is a specialist in screening tools and was the backup fund manager of a pan-European equity fund based on the model he monitors before being promoted to fund manager in 2004. He was also in charge of the analysis of two MSCI sectors. Mr. Combet began his career in 1998 as a risk manager with DEXIA. He has also worked as a portfolio manager within the quantitative research and management team of Natixis Asset Management. Mr. Combet has managed insurance and modeled European equity within the ESG Europe Equity team of Mirova since 2006. A graduate in finance and mathematics, Xavier Combet qualified at the SFAF (Société Française des Analystes Financiers) in 2003.

Biography	Soliane Varlet joined Mirova in 2005 and holds the positions of Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Euro Equities and Diversity Thematic. Soliane began her career in 2000 as a sell-side equity analyst, specialising in the media sector at CM-CIC Securities. She then joined Ostrum Asset Management as a Buy-Side Equity Analyst in 2005, and has been a co-portfolio manager of the Mirova Euro Sustainable Equity strategy since 2013 and of the Mirova Women Leaders Equity Fund, a Luxembourg fund, since 2019. Ms Varlet earned a master's degree in Banking and Finance (DESS Banque-Finance) from Université Lyon 2 and from SFAF (French Society for Financial Analysts). Soliane graduated from ESC Reims CESEM (now Neoma Business School) and holds a master's degree in Banking and Finance (DESS Banque-Finance) from Lyon 2. She holds a SFAF diploma (French Society for Financial Analysts).
