He began his fund management career at BWD Rensburg in 1990 and entered the industry as a buy-side analyst at Ashton Tod McLaren in 1986. He received the Securities Institute Diploma from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and has 33 years of financial industry experience."

Biography	Paul has managed the Artemis Pan-European Absolute Return Fund since launch in July 2014. After graduating in accounting from Queen's University, Belfast in 1995, he worked as an auditor for KPMG. In 1997, he joined Martin Currie as a trainee fund manager, moving to SVM Asset Management four years later. There he was lead manager on its continental and pan-European mandates, and assistant manager of a long-short, pan-European equity fund. In 2005, he joined Henderson Global Investors as director of pan-European equities. Paul joined Artemis in April 2013.

Biography	John Botham - head of European equities - economics (Loughborough University), began his career as a Europe analyst in 1990 at Trafalgar House, moving to GRE and then Henderson in 1994 where he managed pan-European equity funds. He joined Aviva in July 2007.
