Investment Strategy

1. The fund's target is to achieve results derived from the changes in the benchmark index, regardless of the change in the exchange rate USD/ILS. 2. The fund will be managed according to the instructions of ISA for managing a tracker fund. 3. The fun manager will act to neutralize the exposure to the USD versus ILS, which will be used only for operating purposes, and the exposure will not exceed 10% and will not be less than (-10%). 4. There will be no exposure to non-investment grade bonds and to credit risk of banking corporates and brokers which are not included in the first credit risk group. 5. The fund is limited in foreign securities. 6. The fund manager is entitled to invest the fund's means at his absolute discretion.
