1. Exposure to equities traded in Israel will not be less than 75%. 2. Exposure to assets which are not equities traded in Israel, excluding cash, term deposits and assets eligible for holding in a money-market fund without corporate, will not exceed 25%. 3. Exposure to equities will not exceed 120%. 4. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed, in absolute value, 10%. 5. Exposure to non-investment grade bonds will not exceed 25%. 6. The fund will create exposure only to credit risk of banking corporates which are included in the first credit risk group. 7. The fund manager intends to create from time-to-time negative exposure to bonds a/o equities, via borrowing securities and selling short, but is not obliged to do so.
