The investment objective of the Fund is to seek to maximise total return, consistent with preservation of capital and prudent investment management. The Fund invests at least two-thirds of its assets in a diversified portfolio of Fixed Income Instruments denominated in major world currencies. The average portfolio duration of this Fund will normally vary within three years (plus or minus) of the Bloomberg Barclays Global Aggregate Index (the “Index”). The Index provides a broad-based measure of the global investment-grade fixed income markets. The three major components of this Index are the U.S. Aggregate, the Pan-European Aggregate, and the AsianPacific Aggregate Indices. The Index also includes Eurodollar and EuroYen corporate bonds, Canadian Government securities, and USD investment grade 144A securities. Details of the duration of the Index will be available from the Investment Advisor upon request.

Biography | Mr. Mather is CIO U.S. Core Strategies and a managing director in the Newport Beach office. He is a member of the Investment Committee and a generalist portfolio manager. Before that, he led portfolio management in Europe, managed euro and pan-European portfolios and worked closely with many Allianz-related companies. He also served as a managing director of Allianz Global Investors KAG. Prior to these roles, Mr. Mather co-headed PIMCO's mortgage- and asset-backed securities team. Prior to joining PIMCO in 1998, he was a fixed income trader specializing in mortgage-backed securities at Goldman Sachs in New York.
