Investment Strategy

The investment objective of the Company in relation to the fund is to generate income and capital appreciation in the long term while observing the principle o f risk diversification, through investing at least two thirds of the assets of the Subfund in fixed-interest or fl o ati ng - rate debt securities, convertible and warrant bonds as well as in other debt securities of al l levels of creditworthiness and durations, which have been issued or guaranteed by companies having their register ed office or the major part of their business activities in the Asian region.
