Biography	Gavyn is a Founder and the Chairman of Fulcrum. Prior to Fulcrum, Gavyn was Chairman of the BBC from 2001. He joined Goldman Sachs in 1986 and became Partner in 1988 when he also became the Chief Economist as well as Chairman of the Research Department until he left in 2001. Gavyn was a member of H.M.Treasury Independent Forecasting Panel (1992-1997). He joined the Government’s Policy Unit as an Economist (1974) and was an Economic Policy Adviser to the British Prime Minister (1976-1979). Gavyn graduated in Economics from Cambridge in 1972 followed by two years of research at Oxford.

Biography	Andrew is our Fixed Income Strategist. Before joining Fulcrum in 2006 he spent eleven years as Managing Director and Head of Global Markets Research at Goldman Sachs. Prior to this, Andrew was Managing Director and Head of the Financial Analytics Group at Bear Stearns. Andrew graduated from Reading University with a BA in Economics (1978). He subsequently gained PhDs in Monetary Economics (1986) and Theology (2002).

Biography	Nabeel is Deputy CIO and a member of the Fulcrum Investment Team. Prior to joining Fulcrum in 2011 Nabeel worked at Goldman Sachs for four years in the Investment Strategy Group. Nabeel graduated from Warwick University in 2007 with a BSc in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics. He has been a CFA charterholder since 2011.
