Investment Strategy

1. At least 75% will be invested in units and/or equities of foreign open-end funds issued to the public in their in their domicile. 2. At least 90% will be invested in traded securities and or USD linked, traded locally and overseas, in balance and/or USD deposits or USD linked. 3. The average duration of the FOF assets will not exceed 6 years. 4. Exposure to equities will not exceed, in absolute value, 20%. 5. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed 120% and will not be less than 75%. 6. Exposure to non-investment grade bonds will not exceed 30%. 7. The fund will not create exposure to banking corporates credit risks, which are not included in the first credit risk group rating, through cash deposits and deposits. 8. The total value of foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency that will be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through derivatives activity in overseas stock exchanges may exceed 10%.
