Biography	Michael McHugh joined Dynamic in 1996. He has 27 years of industry experience and he is responsible for the management of over $8 billion in fixed-income assets. In 1989, he joined the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan and, in 1993, he managed fixed-income portfolios for the Ontario Hospital Association Investment Management Inc. Michael holds both an Honors Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree in economics. He received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1991.

Biography	Barry Allan, President and Chief Investment Officer of Marret, has over 30 years of investment experience in all areas of the fixed-income arena. Prior to founding Marret in 2001, Mr. Allan worked at Altamira Management where he managed a wide variety of fixed-income mandates and held secondary responsibilities on several equity and balanced mandates.
