The objective of the Fund is to generate long-term capital growth primarily through investing in equity securities listed on the Tadawul, either directly or through other funds or collective investment schemes established under the laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia with a primary focus on investments in equity securities listed on the Tadawul. The Fund will seek to mitigate risk and manage liquidity by also investing in short-term fixed income instruments and money markets funds, as well as cash and cash-equivalents.

Biography | Michel Chikhani obtained a Masters Degree in Industrial Management from the Saint Joseph University (USJ) in Beirut and an International Teacher Programme from the Stockholm School of Economics – Sweden. He is currently a lecturer, head of research and coordinator of the Banking and Finance Masters Programme at the Faculty of Economics of Saint Joseph University. Mr. Chikhani started his career as corporate treasurer then moved into advisory and consulting to major banks and institutions in the Middle East and Europe, before joining CDC IXIS – Paris in 1996 as Senior Portfolio Manager in Alternative Investments. He later pioneered the launching and management of a series of investment funds in Lebanon at Bank of Beirut SAL. Mr. Chikhani joined BLOMINVEST Bank SAL in June 2007 to head the Asset Management Department and was appointed in 2008 as an Assistant General Manager of the Investment Manager. | ||
