Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to any kind of non-linked bonds (including certificates of deposit) will not be less than 75, provided that the exposure rate to non-linked bonds which are not certificates of deposit, will not be less than 50%. 2. The fund will create exposure to corporate bonds a/o bonds issued by a foreign state (not Israel), rated (BBB-) and up at a rate which will not exceed 50% of the net asset value of the fund. 3. Exposure to non ILS assets will not exceed 30%. 4. The fund will not create exposure to equities and the exposure rate to foreign currency, in absolute value, will not exceed 30%. 5. The fund will not create exposure to non-investment grade bonds. 6. The total value of all foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency that shall be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through activities in derivatives on overseas stock exchanges may not exceed 10% of its net asset value.
