Investment Strategy

The ACM Commercial Mortgage Fund (the Fund) is an open-ended private mutual fund trust created to enable eligible investors to pool capital for the purpose of investing in a diversified portfolio of Canadian commercial mortgages. The overall objective of the Fund is to maintain the security of the investors' capital while providing superior investment returns over conventional fixed income products through active mortgage origination, prudent investment practices and professional management of the Funds' investments and operations.

Biography	Ms. Howe joined ACM Advisors Ltd. in 1992 as Vice-President, Finance and Administration and in 2001 was appointed Vice President, Investments and oversaw all of the investment underwriting for all of ACM Advisors' funds. Prior to joining ACM Advisors Ltd., she was a founder and Managing Director for four years at TerraCan Capital Corporation, a real estate venture capital company.

Biography	Mr. Brown joined ACM Advisors in June 2010 and is responsible for the creation and cultivation of investor relationships with a primary focus on the growth and development of the ACM Commercial Mortgage Fund. Chris has a strong background in business development with investment management companies, and prior to joining ACM, Chris was a licensed investment advisor with one of Canada’s largest wealth management firms. Chris holds a MBA degree (2005), has completed the first two levels of the CFA program, and will be enrolling in the third and final level with an expected completion of 2011.
