MOSCOW (Reuters) - Sergei Karatayev, a senior vice-president at Russian steelmaker Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK), has been nominated for the position of chief executive, the company said on Thursday, following the planned departure of CEO Grigory Fedorishin.
NLMK said in a shareholder meeting announcement that the vote would take place on Jan. 6.
