U.S. stock futures were slightly higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 20 points on Wednesday.

Shares of DLocal Limited (NASDAQ:DLO) fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company reported weaker-than-expected first-quarter earnings and said there is a greater likelihood of coming in towards the lower end of its guidance range.

DLocal posted GAAP earnings of 6 cents per share, compared to market estimates of 12 cents per share. The company's sales came in at $184.00 million missing expectations of $189.98 million, according to data from Benzinga Pro.

DLocal shares dipped 26.6% to $9.97 in pre-market trading.

Here are some big stocks recording losses in today's pre-market trading session.

  • SunPower Corporation (NASDAQ:SPWR) shares fell 10.6% to $3.93 in pre-market trading after jumping around 60% on Tuesday.
  • Allogene Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:ALLO) shares declined 8.8% to $2.70 in pre-market trading. Allogene Therapeutics filed for offering of up to 37.93 million shares of common stock.
  • Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras (NYSE:PBR) shares fell 8.6% to $15.25 in pre-market trading. Brazil's President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva fired Jean Paul Prates, the CEO of Petrobras, following a dispute over dividend.
  • MMTec, Inc. (NASDAQ:MTC) shares declined 7% to $8.28 in pre-market trading after surging 84% on Tuesday.
  • Rackspace Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:RXT) shares fell 6.8% to $1.93 in pre-market trading after the company reported first-quarter results and issued guidance for the second quarter.
  • Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:SPCE) fell 6.3% to $1.19 in pre-market trading following a 22% surge on Tuesday.
  • AC Immune SA (NASDAQ:ACIU) shares declined 6.2% to $3.36 in pre-market trading. AC Immune shares gained over 8% on Tuesday after the company reported first-quarter financial results..
