Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher during the Asian session on Tuesday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for December delivery traded at USD77.25 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.20%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD77.42 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD77.12 and resistance at USD79.85.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.09% to trade at USD87.80.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for January delivery rose 0.04% to trade at USD82.69 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD5.44 a barrel.
