  • Galmed Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (NASDAQ: GLMD) gained 42.1% to $0.4215 in pre-market trading. Galmed Pharmaceuticals entered into an agreement for $1.5 million equity investment in OnKai.
  • AGBA Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: AGBA) gained 38.2% to $2.57 in pre-market trading after dropping 18% on Thursday.
  • Carvana Co. (NYSE: CVNA) gained 34.7% to $9.70 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected Q1 results and said it expects to achieve positive adjusted EBITDA in Q2.
  • Minim, Inc. (NASDAQ: MINM) shares climbed 34.2% to $3.83 in pre-market trading after dropping around 19% on Thursday.
  • Save Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ: SVFD) jumped 32.7% to $1.04 in pre-market trading after gaining around 12% on Thursday. Save Foods, last month, acquired 30 million common shares of Plantify Foods, Inc. at a purchase price of CA$0.05 per share.
  • VCI Global Limited (NASDAQ: VCIG) surged 16.1% to $4.32 in pre-market trading after dropping around 30% on Thursday.
  • Lion Group Holding Ltd. (NASDAQ: LGHL) gained 15.6% to $ 0.1398 in pre-market trading after dropping over 19% on Thursday. Lion Group recently posted a loss for FY22.
  • BILL Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BILL) climbed 14.8% to $91.80 in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected Q3 results.
  • MMTec, Inc. (NASDAQ: MTC) gained 13.7% to $1.15 in pre-market trading after dropping over 25% on Thursday.

  • Trupanion, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRUP) fell 45.9% to $19.45 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed Q1 results and said veterinary inflation pressured margins.
  • Soligenix, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNGX) fell 21.5% to $1.79 in pre-market trading. Soligenix shares surged over 60% on Thursday after the company announced clinical results from a compatability study of HyBryte in the treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
  • Shineco, Inc. (NASDAQ: SISI) fell 18.7% to $0.4990 in pre-market trading.
  • Qurate Retail, Inc. (NASDAQ: QRTEB) fell 18.5% to $5.83 in pre-market trading after jumping 75% on Thursday.
  • Lyft, Inc. (NASDAQ: LYFT) fell 16.5% to $8.92 in pre-market trading after the company issued Q2 revenue guidance below estimates. Additionally, gross profit margin fell year over year.
  • Harbor Custom Development, Inc. (NASDAQ: HCDI) fell 16.4% to $6.14 in pre-market. Harbor Custom Development is expected to release Q1 earnings on May 15, 2023.
  • Altamira Therapeutics Ltd. (NASDAQ: CYTO) fell 16.2% to $0.93 in pre-market trading after gaining around 30% on Thursday.
  • Atlassian Corporation (NASDAQ: TEAM) shares fell 15.7% to $126.52 in pre-market trading after the company issued soft FY23 guidance.
  • Actelis Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASNS) shares dropped 14.5% to $4.30 in pre-market trading after jumping 40% on Thursday. Actelis Networks announced $3.5 million private placement for the purchase and sale of 944,670 shares of its common stock and warrants priced at $3.705/share and exercise price of $3.58/warrant price of at-the-market under Nasdaq rules.
