Goldman Sachs is out with its near-term forex outlook
Investing.com – Sweden equities were lower at the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Financials, Industrials and Basic Materials sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 lost 0.59%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Sinch AB (ST:SINCH), which rose 5.58% or 1.38 points to trade at 26.11 at the close. SAAB AB ser. B (ST:SAABb) added 1.80% or 8.20 points to end at 462.20 and Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson Class B (ST:ERICb) was up 1.25% or 1.06 points to 85.80 in late trade.
Biggest losers included NIBE Industrier AB ser. B (ST:NIBEb), which lost 2.80% or 1.20 points to trade at 41.00 in late trade. Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (ST:SBBb) declined 1.96% or 0.11 points to end at 5.29 and Electrolux AB Class B (ST:ELUXb) shed 1.87% or 1.20 points to 64.10.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 437 to 322 and 77 ended unchanged on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.44% or 0.27 to $61.76 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 0.44% or 0.29 to hit $65.09 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.88% or 28.79 to trade at $3,313.39 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.31% to 10.83, while USD/SEK fell 0.84% to 9.55.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.62% at 99.36.
