U.S. stock futures traded higher this morning on Wednesday. Here are some big stocks recording losses in today’s pre-market trading session.
- Silk Road Medical, Inc (NASDAQ: SILK) shares fell 38.5% to $8.61 in pre-market trading after the company announced preliminary third-quarter revenue results below estimates and issued FY23 revenue guidance below estimates.
- Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA (NYSE: FMS) shares tumbled 18.2% to $17.14 in pre-market trading.
- DaVita Inc. (NYSE: DVA) shares tumbled 16.5% to $76.23 in pre-market. Rockwell Medical said on Sept. 18, that the company and Davita entered into an amended and restated products purchase agreement.
- E2open Parent Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ETWO) shares dipped 15.3% to $3.72 in pre-market trading as the company posted downbeat results for its second quarter and named Andrew Appel as interim CEO, effective immediately.
- Hyliion Holdings Corp. (NYSE: HYLN) shares declined 14.2% to $1.02 in pre-market trading after the company announced strategic review of alternatives for Electric Powertrain Business.
- Outset Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ: OM) fell 9.8% to $8.74 in pre-market trading.
- Baxter International Inc. (NYSE: BAX) shares declined 8.7% to $34.06 in pre-market trading. Baxter International named Joel Grade as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
- Polestar Automotive Holding UK PLC (NASDAQ: PSNY) shares fell 6.9% to $2.70 in pre-market trading. Polestar filed for mixed shelf of up to $1 billion.
- Hut 8 Mining Corp. (NYSE: HUT) shares declined 5% to $1.90 in pre-market trading.
- Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. (NYSE: NOG) fell 4% to $39.19 in pre-market trading as the company priced public offering of 6.5 million common shares for gross proceeds of $252.7 million.
