Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Sunday, as losses in the Real Estate Development, Agriculture & Food and Building & Construction sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.40%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (TADAWUL:7040), which rose 6.44% or 6.20 points to trade at 102.40 at the close. Miahona Holding SCJSC (TADAWUL:2084) added 4.59% or 1.14 points to end at 26.00 and Middle East Paper Co (TADAWUL:1202) was up 4.55% or 1.30 points to 29.85 in late trade.
Biggest losers included SICO Saudi REIT Fund Unit (TADAWUL:4337), which lost 5.72% or 0.27 points to trade at 4.45 in late trade. Saudi Advanced Industries Co. (TADAWUL:2120) declined 5.11% or 1.45 points to end at 26.95 and Jabal Omar Development Company (TADAWUL:4250) shed 3.38% or 0.84 points to 24.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 205 to 112 and 21 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was up 1.41% or 0.87 to $61.90 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 1.36% or 0.88 to hit $65.41 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 1.22% or 39.40 to trade at $3,187.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.23% to 4.19, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.22% at 100.95.
