In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.21% or 0.10 to $47.80 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.44% or 0.22 to hit $50.32 a barrel, while the December Gold contract rose 0.27% or 3.00 to trade at $1117.10 a troy ounce.
SGD/MYR was up 0.43% to 3.0503, while USD/MYR rose 0.60% to 4.2650.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.28% at 97.52.
