Bitcoin price today: flat near $118.5k before US House vote on crypto bills
Investing.com – Italy equities were lower at the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Travel & Leisure, Financials and Telecoms sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Milan, the Investing.com Italy 40 fell 0.53%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Investing.com Italy 40 were Amplifon (BIT:AMPF), which rose 2.75% or 0.51 points to trade at 19.05 at the close. Italgas SpA (BIT:IG) added 1.39% or 0.10 points to end at 7.27 and Banca Mediolanum SpA (BIT:BMED) was up 1.03% or 0.14 points to 13.75 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Buzzi Unicem (BIT:BZU), which lost 3.51% or 1.70 points to trade at 46.74 in late trade. DiaSorin SpA (BIT:DIAS) declined 3.04% or 3.00 points to end at 95.70 and Intesa Sanpaolo SpA (BIT:ISP) shed 1.99% or 0.10 points to 4.67.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 283 to 228 and 48 ended unchanged on the Milan Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for June delivery was down 1.15% or 0.68 to $58.41 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 1.19% or 0.74 to hit $61.41 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.83% or 28.56 to trade at $3,394.24 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.26% to 1.13, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.00% to 0.85.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.35% at 99.39.
