- Bridger Aerospace Group Holdings, LLC (NASDAQ: BAER) shares dipped 30% to $13.09. Bridger closed merger agreement with Jack Creek Investment Corp on Tuesday.
- WiSA Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: WISA) fell 18.1% to $9.09. WiSA Technologies announced a 1-for-100 reverse stock split.
- FLJ Group Limited (NASDAQ: FLJ) dropped 14.3% to $1.67.
- Aspen Aerogels, Inc. (NYSE: ASPN) declined 13.2% to $9.34.
- Alvarium Tiedemann Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALTI) fell 12.1% to $11.41.
- Eastern Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: EBC) fell 11.7% to $15.53 after the company reported worse-than-expected Q4 EPS results.
- World Acceptance Corporation (NASDAQ: WRLD) dropped 10.8% to $96.68 after BMO Capital maintained an Underperform rating on the stock and lowered its price target from $46 to $32.
- Tuniu Corporation (NASDAQ: TOUR) declined 10.4% to $2.5625.
- NetScout Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTCT) fell 9.6% to $32.58. NetScout Systems recently reported better-than-expected Q3 EPS and sales results.
- California Resources Corporation (NYSE: CRC) dropped 8.7% to $43.67. California Resources said Appellate Court issued preliminary order reinstating suspension of Kern County's ability to rely on existing EIR.
- Bridgewater Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: BWB) fell 8.3% to $15.00 after Piper Sandler downgraded the stock from Overweight to Neutral and lowered its price target from $20.50 to $17.
- Genelux Corporation (NASDAQ: GNLX) fell 8.1% to $5.65. Genelux announced pricing of $15 million initial public offering of 2.5 million shares of common stock at a price of $6 per share.
- Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: DCOM) dropped 8.1% to $29.80 following Q4 results.
- VEON Ltd. (NASDAQ: VEON) dropped 7.5% to $0.5010.
- Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) fell 7.2% to $27.92 after the company reported weaker-than-expected results for its fourth quarter and issued soft guidance.
- Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ: HAS) dropped 6.7% to $59.51 after the company announced a workforce reduction and issued weak preliminary revenue results.
- Marcus & Millichap, Inc. (NYSE: MMI) dropped 6.6% to $35.71. Wells Fargo maintained Marcus & Millichap with an Underweight and lowered the price target from $26 to $24.
- Colgate-Palmolive Company (NYSE: CL) dropped 5.1% to $71.68 after the company reported Q4 earnings results and issued guidance.
