Induction Healthcare Group PLC said the group’s cash position has improved ‘significantly’ since it last updated on its financial progress.
This, it said, was thanks to strong NHS renewals of its Attend Anywhere video consultation platform.
As of March 31, 2022, the group’s financial year-end, the business had £7.5mln in the bank.
Induction reiterated guidance it provided the market at the end of April, which stated that annual recurring revenue for the 12 months ended March 31 was around £15mln, meaning the group would be break-even at the EBITDA level.
Chief executive James Balmain called the year "transformational". The company will present the full-year results early next month rather than the previously-slated deadline of "on or before September 30".
