Investing.com – Indonesia equities were higher at the close on Friday, as gains in the Agriculture, Basic Industry and Property sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite added 0.08%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Data Sinergitama Jaya Tbk PT (JK:ELIT), which rose 34.67% or 52.00 points to trade at 202.00 at the close. Golden Flower Tbk PT (JK:POLU) added 24.86% or 860.00 points to end at 4,320.00 and Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk PT (JK:MORA) was up 24.86% or 92.00 points to 462.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk (JK:BTEK), which lost 16.67% or 1.00 points to trade at 5.00 in late trade. Modern Internasional Tbk (JK:MDRN) declined 12.50% or 1.00 points to end at 7.00 and DMS Propertindo Tbk PT (JK:KOTA) shed 12.50% or 1.00 points to 7.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 325 to 257 and 250 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.55% or 0.40 to $72.08 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.50% or 0.38 to hit $76.10 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.78% or 23.11 to trade at $2,932.99 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.13% to 16,294.30, while AUD/IDR rose 0.26% to 10,434.14.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.23% at 106.51.
