C3.ai (NYSE:AI) shares plunged more than 19% after-hours following the company’s reported Q4 results. While both EPS of ($0.21) and revenue of $72.3 million (up 38% year-over-year) came in better than the consensus estimates of ($0.29) and $71.28 million, the company’s guidance missed the expectations.
The company expects Q1/23 revenue in the range of $65-67 million, compared to the consensus estimate of $74.4 million. For the full 2023-year, the company expects revenue to be in the range of $308-316 million, compared to the consensus estimate of $333.9 million.
