- BELLUS Health Inc. (NASDAQ: BLU) shares jumped 97.5% to $14.34 in pre-market trading after GSK agreed to acquire the company for $14.75 per share in cash representing an approximate total equity value of $2 billion (£1.6 billion).
- Sibanye Stillwater Limited (NYSE: SBSW) shares climbed 10.1% to $9.47 in pre-market trading.
- Peakstone Realty Trust (NYSE: PKST) gained 9.9% to $28.80 in pre-market trading after jumping over 45% on Monday.
- BigBear.ai Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BBAI) shares rose 7.8% to $3.85 in pre-market trading after gaining 11% on Monday. BigBear.ai recently filed for a mixed shelf offering.

- Sunrun Inc. (NASDAQ: RUN) shares rose 5% to $21.59 in pre-market trading. Keybanc upgraded Sunrun from Sector Weight to Overweight and announced a $27 price target.
- 23andMe Holding Co. (NASDAQ: ME) gained 4.8% to $2.19 in pre-market trading. 23andMe recently reported Phase 1 results from first-in-human Phase 1/2a study of 23ME-00610.
- CleanSpark, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLSK) rose 4.3% to $4.58 in pre-market trading after gaining over 6% on Monday. CleanSpark recently announced the purchase of 45,000 units of the Antminer S19 XP bitcoin mining machines.
