- Integer Holdings Corporation (NYSE: ITGR) fell 9.2% to $60.16. Integer sees preliminary Q3 revenue of $342 million to $344 million and adjusted EPS of $0.86-$0.99.

- Flagstar Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: FBC) fell 8.1% to $32.62.
- Skillsoft Corp. (NYSE: SKIL) declined 7.2% to $1.81.
- Silvergate Capital Corporation (NYSE: SI) fell 7.1% to $73.31. Wells Fargo (NYSE:WFC) downgraded Silvergate Capital from Overweight to Underweight and lowered the price target from $115 to $70.
