Boeing (BA) 4% HIGHER; Boeing and Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) today announced the U.S. carrier will modernize its single-aisle fleet with the highly efficient 737 MAX to meet demand as well as its long-term sustainability goals. In a signing ceremony at the Farnborough International Airshow, the companies said Delta is ordering 100 737-10 jets selecting the largest member of the 737 MAX family with options for an additional 30 airplanes.
Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) 4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $7.73, $1.09 better than the analyst estimate of $6.64. Revenue for the quarter came in at $11.86 billion versus the consensus estimate of $10.85 billion.
Charles Schwab (NYSE:SCHW) 4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.97, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.91. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.09 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.03 billion.
Lilium N.V. (LILM) 4% HIGHER; Bristow Group Inc. (VTOL) and Lilium N.V. (LILM) announced today a strategic partnership where Bristow will have the option to purchase 50 Lilium Jets in addition to providing maintenance services for the Lilium Jets launch network in Florida, and other future U.S and European markets.
