Investing.com - Gold futures were lower during the U.S. session on Tuesday.
On the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Gold futures for April delivery traded at USD1207.30 a troy ounce at time of writing falling 1.61%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD1203.40 a troy ounce. Gold was likely to find support at USD1203.40 and resistance at USD1236.40.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.18% to trade at USD94.28.
Elsewhere on the Comex, Silver for March delivery fell 5.35% to trade at USD16.368 a troy ounce while Copper for March delivery fell 0.95% to trade at USD2.580 a pound.
