Meanwhile, across the Atlantic, European stock bourses were mixed at the close. France’s CAC 40 was up 0.10%; Germany’s DAX shed 0.28%; Britain’s FTSE 100 climbed 0.20%; and the EURO STOXX 50 fell 0.20%.
