MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia's top natural gas producer Gazprom (MM:GAZP) said on Monday it plans to sell its entire 10.52 percent stake in Germany's natural gas supplier Verbundnetz Gas (VNG).
The decision was made after Wintershall Holding sold its stake in VNG, Gazprom said. Jointly with Wintershall, Gazprom controlled a blocking stake of 26.31 percent in the company.
