Investing.com - Japan’s average cash earnings remained unchanged unexpectedly in the last quarter, official data showed on Friday.

In a report, Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare said that Japan’s Average Cash Earnings remained unchanged at a seasonally adjusted 0.1%, from 0.1% in the prior quarter whose figure was revised down from 0.5%.

Analysts had expected Japan’s Average Cash Earnings to fall to 0.4% in the last quarter.
