Investing.com - The U.K.’s RICS house price balance remained unchanged unexpectedly last month, industry data showed on Thursday.
In a report, RICS said that U.K. RICS house price balance remained unchanged at a seasonally adjusted 49%, from 49% in the preceding month whose figure was revised down from 50%.
Analysts had expected U.K. RICS house price balance to rise to 52% last month.
