Litecoin Falls 10.55% In Bearish Trade

Investing.com - Litecoin was trading at $183.900 by 20:21 (20:21 GMT) on the Investing.com Index on Friday, down 10.55% on the day. It was the largest one-day percentage loss since November 26.

The move downwards pushed Litecoin's market cap down to $12.671B, or 0.52% of the total cryptocurrency market cap. At its highest, Litecoin's market cap was $25.609B.

Litecoin had traded in a range of $180.500 to $207.500 in the previous twenty-four hours.

Over the past seven days, Litecoin has seen a drop in value, as it lost 7.11%. The volume of Litecoin traded in the twenty-four hours to time of writing was $1.597B or 1.28% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. It has traded in a range of $180.5000 to $218.9000 in the past 7 days.

At its current price, Litecoin is still down 56.21% from its all-time high of $420.00 set on December 12, 2017.

Bitcoin was last at $53,219.9 on the Investing.com Index, down 6.72% on the day.

Ethereum was trading at $4,147.18 on the Investing.com Index, a loss of 7.63%.

Bitcoin's market cap was last at $993.117B or 41.09% of the total cryptocurrency market cap, while Ethereum's market cap totaled $486.250B or 20.12% of the total cryptocurrency market value.
