Investing.com - Litecoin was trading at $58.076 by 14:42 (14:42 GMT) on the Investing.com Index on Thursday, up 10.32% on the day. It was the largest one-day percentage gain since October 21.

The move upwards pushed Litecoin's market cap up to $3.777B, or 0.89% of the total cryptocurrency market cap. At its highest, Litecoin's market cap was $14.099B.

Litecoin had traded in a range of $54.581 to $58.143 in the previous twenty-four hours.

Over the past seven days, Litecoin has seen a rise in value, as it gained 5.16%. The volume of Litecoin traded in the twenty-four hours to time of writing was $2.990B or 2.32% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. It has traded in a range of $51.5022 to $58.1427 in the past 7 days.

At its current price, Litecoin is still down 86.17% from its all-time high of $420.00 set on December 12, 2017.

Elsewhere in cryptocurrency trading

Bitcoin was last at $14,877.5 on the Investing.com Index, up 6.98% on the day.

Ethereum was trading at $411.95 on the Investing.com Index, a gain of 7.39%.

Bitcoin's market cap was last at $275.327B or 64.99% of the total cryptocurrency market cap, while Ethereum's market cap totaled $46.607B or 11.00% of the total cryptocurrency market value.
