Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher in Asian trading hours on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for December delivery traded at USD74.35 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.19%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD74.48 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD74.07 and resistance at USD79.85.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.19% to trade at USD88.00.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for January delivery rose 0.56% to trade at USD78.04 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD3.69 a barrel.
