Market will close flat and may move between 23000 to 23500 till budget. If it breaks 23000 on closing basis we may see 22800/600 level and big rally after that. Corporate results inspite of slow down looking good and Nifty may not collapse as fear mongering of channels. FII selling at bottom is to make retailers entering sell positions. This gives a chance for them to exit at bottom... Be cautious on sell side now. Wait for breakout above 23440 level. we can see huge short covering after that.
