Investment Strategy
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Normally, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in common stocks and other equity securities of companies with small capitalizations located or doing business in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas.
