AssalamAlaikum Dear friends any comments on final Rate Rs.2000 per share price announced by psx there is technical sentence 25% purchasing condition to qualify delisting status so I couldn't understand this deal

- regarding the 25% condition: it means out of 396K shares held by minority shareholders, minimum 25% i.e. 99K shares must be acquired by Wyeth sponsors otherwise Wyeth won't get delisted from PSX.

- now minority shareholders have to decide if they are willing to sell shares @2000 per share. sponsors will start buying after 20th December after AGM

- InshaAllah I shall not sell even after agm , I hope further negotiations will be done for better rates by nit n nbp these are two major minority stake holders because while looking at sales limits there is upper lock range given Rs.2100 n some things

- wa Alikum us Salaam. may be investors are tired waiting for PSX's decision on final minimum delisting price. More than 2 months have gone but PSX hasn't finalised the price.

pfizer pakistan reduced field forces approx 100 medical representatives in feldene group and uro gynae group so ready to windup business after wyeth delisting from psx they will sell their products like merck , Roche are third party sales n marketing in future

- all the compensations shall be made through company's profits to forcefully resigned employees that's why 3rd qtr eps as low as only in paisas vs 2nd n 3rd qtr so therefore we may not expect dividend during this year

Pfizer at Pakistan put a letter to psx for delisting wyeth Pakistan they gave false reasons to psx for delistiing 1, they said no new pipeline products if we look in this statement so they have covid.19 vaccine, even approx five year back they acquired astra zenica's antibiotics n now a days they acquired gelead anti cancer drug and internationally drugs available drugs are not available Pakistan so don't you think these drugs are new pipeline products and they put a letter buyback rate per Rs.1284 pkr. for minority share while during these 3 months wyeth share high hits. Rs pkr 3000 , here me individual and many others individuals and groups shall go to court for justice to fix buyback price Unilever Pakistan delisting example approx 10 years ago Rs.15000 per

we don't accept this buyback rate Rs.1284 it should be compensated previous example of Unilever approx 5 to 8 years ago rate was settled Rs.6000 aprox after many sitting negotiations with Unilever and psx other wise we minority stakeholders shall go to court for justice against psx and wyeth
