I can't see the mining license taking much longer to be honest. I imagine the Tanzanian govt. has been a bit of a shambles recently due to the death of their president, which hopefully expains the delays. Great buying oppurtunities at this price, ACP should be at least 30p a share within 3-4 years, such an undervalued and under the radar stock.
