TW Price Commentary

Prateek no no, lockdown on horizon, things going to change, winters on way furlough ending, banks told to prepare for higher loan defaults, mortgages will be hard to get house sales Hmmmm I like tw I bought in the 97p range sold 120s,things are not ripe, I think we will get a nibble at 108p very soon.
Wish i had money to buy at these lucarative rates
The time is upon us 👍
maybe its time to be brave
And there we were, thinking we were getting a bargain at 118p
This ******stock is keep falling bought at 145p and keep falling. Heard this stock was good etc but worst stock for me
Brexit. Covid-19. Leasehold sales impacting.
I would buy more for long term growth.
Have you read and researched its fundamentals? Do a deep dive about this company and see for you self..😁
Directors have bought in. They know something we dont?! Buy the dip here.
I started buying shares at £1.20 and i have been buying Taylor Wimpey shares now for the last 2 years and I find it goes up and down by 20-30p every couple of months . more shares makes for more money, good luck every one and fingers crossed
very good to know 👍
I think its a real bargain at current price, perfect time to grab some and sit on it till reaches 150-160 levels back agsin
I wouldn't say it's a real bargain, I agree on your valuation in that I also think it worth 155/160, however, at the current price and with the current economic outlook it's not cheap enough for me, I'm looking for it to go lower preferably to around 100/105 were I would definitely buy...
will buy more if it reaches that level
alot of people bought TW shares just after March due to all this covid 19 .It dropped to 96p and that is the lowest I have ever seen it for a long time , it's taken 9 months to grow to 1.47 but I'm sure if you hold out til next april - March we should have some good profits and returns 👍
I don't know why but it fell badly 145 to 130
they cancelled dividends
Buy now as the price is low and the construction market should pick up after the covid19 restrictions eased?
£50k today in TW shares. Should be rich by tomorrow.
what happened
With stamp duty holiday, housebuilders will lose competitivity to well located matured houses.
Has nobody been paying stamp duty on homes built by Taylor Whimpy? Otherwise thats nonsense.
House builders normally offer paid stamp duty as an incentive.
Should be going up.
Can’t belive it still dives for stop losses on a FTSE 100 share!? Thought that was only on AIM. Lot’s want in today.
where this drop gona stop after dilution
Massive share dilution today
What is going on with this stock? Do you think it will fall under 140p again?
Hold tight. Don't buy any construction stock yet.
why not...I'm selling a house and people are offering more than the asking price after lockdown...I couldn't sell it for 12 months before the lockdown - people want to buy more than ever
its should go up now?
Good time to buy ??
ALISON Hold tight not yet. UK is going to face a long recession and new build sector will suffer.
Why is TW falling today?
Huge after hours selling before announcement of expected on target earnings and improved outlook for 2018..almost 5% fall today...am I missing something?
It's Time to buy this
