Tanzania Cigarette Public Limited Company manufactures, distributes, markets, and sells cigarettes in the United Republic of Tanzania. The company operates in two segments, Domestic Market and Export Market. It offers rolling tobacco, snus, and cigars. The company sells its products under Embassy, Portsman, Sweet Menthol, Safari, Club, Crescent & Star, Camel, and Winston Aspen, Monte Carlo, and LD brand. In addition, it exports its products to the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mozambique, and Southern Africa. The company was founded in 1961 and is based in Dar es salaam, the United Republic of Tanzania. Tanzania Cigarette Public Limited Company is a subsidiary of JT International Holding B.V.
