Sareum Holdings plc, a clinical stage small molecule drug development company, engages in the discovery and development of therapeutic drugs for cancer and autoimmune diseases. It develops small molecule therapeutic drugs based on its Sareum Kinase Inhibitor Library drug discovery platform. The company’s lead product is SDC-1801, a TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor that is in a Phase 1a clinical trials for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. Its also developing SDC-1802, a TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor, which is in preclinical stage for cancerandcancer-immunotherapy applications; and SRA737, a clinical-stage, oral, selective Checkpoint kinase 1 (Chk1) inhibitor, which has completed Phase II clinical trials that targets cancer cell replication and DNA damage repair mechanisms. Since they cheated us with the reverse split, the stock price is too high for a stock that is producing no income. It will take years for this company to produce anything. Hopefully they don't go broke before that.
