Demand/Supply and liquidity I guess... there is an arbitrage, as B should be trading higher, but probabably it has been suffering more for liquidity and forced liquidations of funds and this has created a price dislocation... fwiw i sold all my long term A shares into B as with B you have no gov tax on the divident
