RM Infrastructure Income Plc (RMII) is a United Kingdom-based investment trust. The Company's investment objective is to generate attractive and regular dividends through investment in secured debt instruments of United Kingdom small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), and mid-market corporates and/or individuals including any loan, promissory notes, lease, bond or preference share sourced or originated by the RM Capital Markets Limited (the Investment Manager) with a degree of inflation protection through index-linked returns where appropriate. The Company seeks to meet its investment objective by making investments in a diversified portfolio of loans to UK SMEs and midmarket corporates, special purpose vehicles and/or to individuals. The Company through its approach, focuses on investments within the social and environmental infrastructure sectors. The Company’s investments sectors include hotel & leisure, asset backed lending, accommodation, manufacturing, healthcare and other.
