Renold plc is a United Kingdom-based company, which is engaged in delivering engineered power transmission products to all industries worldwide. The Company operates through two segments. The Chain segment manufactures and sells power transmission and conveyor chains and also includes sales of torque transmission products through Chain National Sales Companies (NSCs). The Torque Transmission segment manufactures and sells torque transmission products, such as gearboxes and couplings. The Company’s products include inverted tooth chain, transmission chain, gears and gearboxes, Renold couplings, freewheel clutches, conveyor chain, leaf chain, processing equipment and vibratory drives, sprockets and accessories, and cycle chain. The Company offers its products to a range of industries, including agriculture, forestry and fishing; construction machinery; energy; environmental; food and drink; manufactured products; materials handling; mining and quarrying; and transportation.
