The Rank Group Plc was formerly known as Megastorm Public Limited Company and changed its name to The Rank Group Plc in July 1996. The company was founded in 1937 and is based in Maidenhead, the United Kingdom. The Rank Group Plc is a subsidiary of Guoco Group Limited.
