During last week  Prysmian reached twice the same high point it had already hit on 16 October 2018. Although the stock hit  twice its resistance level, on 29 January and on 1 February, it didn't break through the line.. I seems that the chart shows a bearish reversal pattern, which is made up of two consecutive peaks. The two peaks are roughly equal, with a moderate trough on 30 and 31 January. In addition, Prysmian volume hasn't increased enough since 29 January.
