Way I see it, if compensation agreed at £50m cap, then that's already baked into today's drop. If its not agreed then they liquidate that arm (loss making) and the profitability goes up. Valuation looks oversold to me. I'm in for 25k @ 191

Looks like oversold to me, although the longer the FAC investigation lingers on the more it suppresses the valuation.

True, I chickened out and sold 1/2 my holding before close and broke even, held 10k shares. Way I saw it if it nose dived today I would buy at the dip, but if it opened up I could sell my holding. I think this share has legs in the near term for reasons I gave yesterday. Also notice some big trades yesterday at >198 (about £0.5m).

Bought another 10k this morning as seems to be holding and technicals read "oversold" as you say. Might be choppy until FCA ruling but fundementals look good.
